Direction of Use:

For skin:   Wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt or makeup. Take a few drops of oil in your hand and gently massage it into your face in circular motions. You can leave it as a nourishing facial oil.

For Hair:   Warm the oil slightly to enhance absorption, being careful not to overheat. Divide your hair into sections for easier application. Begin by applying the oil to your scalp and then work it through to the ends.  Massage your scalp in circular motions for 5–10 minutes. Leave the oil on for at least 1–2 hours, or overnight for best results, as it acts as a deep conditioner.
